Together with ADJ Engineering Pvt. Ltd. took part in the InnoRail India 2022 exhibition, which was held from November 17 to 19, 2022 in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, India.
In preparation for the exhibition, we installed the VRT-04 weighing system on sections of rails and installed on improvised sleepers to simulate a section of railway track.
The system was installed at the exhibition venue in the shortest possible time by one engineer and connected to a laptop with an installed weight program.
A 16 kg kettlebell was used to demonstrate the operation of the system, and everyone was also weighed.
Not only private companies are very interested in our system, but also RDSO and various divisions and regions of Indian Railways.
We discussed the prospects and directions of development with each of them, identified the needs of each visitor of the stand. Our system is unique and has no analogues not only in India. The participants of the stand highly appreciated the VRT-04 motion weighing system, everyone found in it what they lack in the available systems on the market, of course, few people can install scales on the track with a turn (radius), slope, without cutting and drilling the rail, without installing movement, to identify an imbalance on the sides and trolleys, and also perform weighing at speeds up to 90 km/h.
